En esta cuestión Santo Tomás aborda el estudio de la libertad humana. Ella refiere, tanto en su estructura formal como en su contenido, a las cuestiones anteriores: "De Bono", ''De Appetitu Boni et Voluntate" y "De Voluntate Dei". Si bien el tema explícito de la cuestión es el "liberum arbitrium", la riqueza de matices desborda la consideración del acto, incorporando la problemática de la finalidad natural al modo racional de la creatura humana.In this question St. Thomas addresses the study of human freedom.
